Michael graduated top of his class from Villanova University School of Law with an LLM in taxation and he obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami. While attending St. Thomas, he obtained the prestigious position of executive editor of law review.

Michael is admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bar as well as the Southern and Middle District Court of Florida. Michael’s practice has focused on real estate litigation and taxation. Michael has extensive experience with residential and commercial foreclosure actions. At his former employment, Michael was a real estate litigation attorney defending the Banks for the biggest foreclosure firm in Florida.

Michael has litigated countless foreclosure actions and reviewed thousands of foreclosure files dealing with every aspect of a foreclosure action from beginning to end. Lonnie Brian Richardson esq

Lonnie attended the Richard Stockton college of New Jersey where he attained a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a minor in Jewish studies.  He moved to Miami to study law at St. Thomas University School of Law where he graduated in 1999.  While Lonnie attended law working as an editor of St. Thomas law review he was honored with a legal publication.  Lonnie has a great deal of teaching experience starting with teaching high school, teaching as a dean's fellow while attending law school, and as an adjunct professor at the St. Thomas university school of business.  While working as a Miami-Dade assistant public defender, Lonnie had the chance to work with countless clients on very sensitive issues.  During his career he has had the opportunity to be involved and become a member of numerous legal associations including but not limited to Puerto Rican Bar Association, and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. 

Lonnie is an experienced litigator with considerable trial experience.  He has had numerous high profile and media cases that have built him a reputation in the courtroom and with the judges. He has worked on campaigns dealing with numerous state representatives and senators. He is well connected and involved with the political community in Miami-Dade County. Lonnie is very involved with charitable organizations.  He has dedicated his life to working with people who have alcohol and substance abuse issues. He is a board member of Miami-Dade drug court and is very active in working with at risk juveniles.
